* Monitor and assess regulatory developments affecting wind project development, supply chain permitting, grid access, and any other relevant matters
* Lead the preparation of responses to public consultations, particularly on market design, auction frameworks, and renewable support schemes
* Engage with regulators, industry associations, and policymakers to advocate for effective and investable frameworks
* Track EU and national policy developments relevant to wind energy Market & Revenue Analysis
* Analyze power market price dynamics, including wholesale price formation, capture prices, and cannibalization risks for wind generation
* Assess forward market trends and implications for project revenues and hedging strategies
* Analyze LCOE data and benchmark against market prices and competing technologies
* Analyze market trends, including supply chain developments, cost evolution, and deployment outlook
* Evaluate market conditions impacting project bankability and long-term profitability Business Development Support
* Provide regulatory and market inputs to support bid preparation, project development, investment cases, and financial models
* Support market entry assessments and strategic decisions for new geographies
* Collaborate with the Bid Structuring team in analysing auction rules with particular focus on remuneration schemes (e.g., CfDs, feed-in premiums, capacity mechanisms)
* Collaborate with M&A; and local development xqziphu teams to align regulatory insights with market and project strategy Required Qualifications
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Economics, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field
* 3–5 years of experience in energy markets, renewables, or regulatory advisory
* Strong understanding of power markets and renewable support schemes
* Experience with energy market data and regulatory analysis
* Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
* Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
