You will be thetechnical reference and hands-on lead , coordinating a cross-functional squad (AI Engineers, Full Stack Developers, DevOps) to design, build, and operateAzure-based RAG and AI solutionsthat power internal products and services across the business.What we’re looking forSenior profile– solid experience in software/AI engineering in complex environments (junior profiles will not be considered).Proven experience as aTechnical Lead / Tech LeadforAI or software engineering squads , ideally up to 6 engineers.Strong expertise inRetrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)andLLM-based solutions(prompting, orchestration, evaluation, optimization).Ability todefine and enforce technical standards, best practices, and architecture guidelinesfor AI solutions.Experience designing and buildingscalable backend systems and APIsincloud environments , preferablyMicrosoft Azure .Hands‑on experience integratingadvanced AI capabilities : RAG & LLMs (Azure OpenAI or similar)Speech‑to‑text, computer vision, and/orIntelligent Document Processing (IDP)is a strong plusSolid knowledge ofAzure servicessuch as: Azure Functions, App ServicesCosmos DB or other cloud databasesExperience withobservability, reliability,



and performance monitoringof production systems (logs, metrics, alerts, dashboards).Strongcollaboration and communication skills , acting as thetechnical interfacebetween the squad and stakeholders (Product Owner, Data Scientists, frontend teams, business).Comfortable working ininternational, multicultural environmentsand inEnglish‑firstcontexts.High level ofownership and autonomy , able to drive technical initiatives end‑to‑end and influence engineering practices.What you will doLead and coordinatea cross‑functionalRAG squad(up to 6 engineers), ensuring alignment on technical direction, priorities, and delivery timelines.Define and maintaintechnical standards, architecture blueprints, and best practicesfor RAG and AI solutions within the squad.Design and oversee the development ofscalable backend systems and APIsthat support AI products onAzure .Architect and validate cloud‑based AI solutionsleveraging Microsoft technologies: Azure Functions, App Services, Cosmos DB, Azure Key Vault, Azure OpenAI, and related services.Drive theintegration of advanced AI capabilitiesinto internal products: RAG‑based assistants and knowledge systemsLLM‑powered features(Optionally) speech‑to‑text, computer vision, IDP componentsConductcode reviews, technical mentoring, and upskillingof squad members,
