NEW IDEA is an international fashion company headquartered in Shaoxing, China, with a design office in Barcelona. We develop womenswear collections for international clients, combining market insight, trend awareness, product quality and commercial relevance. We are looking for a Fashion Designer with strong design skills, commercial awareness and a client-oriented mindset. You will contribute to collection design and product development while also supporting client meetings, presentations and product discussions. Develop womenswear collections based on trends, brand positioning and client needs. • Join client visits and product presentations, translating client feedback into clear design and sample-development direction. • Coordinate with design, sourcing, pattern-making and production teams in China to follow sample progress and quality. • 3+ years of womenswear or fast-fashion design experience;experience with woven products,



Inditex, Mango or comparable brands is highly valued. • Strong fashion design skills with commercial thinking and client awareness. • Professional working proficiency in both English and Spanish. • Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator; strong sketching and presentation skills are valued. • Interest in Chinese culture or Chinese language skills is a plus. Direct involvement in product development for international fashion clients. • European market research, store visits and professional trade fairs. • Growth opportunities across design, product and client-facing roles. We are especially interested in candidates with strong womenswear product-development skills and a clear commercial understanding of fashion.
