Experteer Overview In this role you drive end-to-end development of UAS demonstrators within a cross-divisional project, shaping autonomous flight capabilities. You work closely with engineering, Research u0026amp; Technology, and UAS program teams to advance from concept to flight-ready solutions. You manage platform integration, tests, and technology maturation to feed the AH tech roadmap. You’ll operate with a startup mindset while ensuring safety and regulatory alignment. This is a high-impact role at Airbus Helicopters España with room to influence future autonomous flight.

Compensaciones / Beneficios

- Lead demonstrator lifecycle from concept through flight validation and data analysis
- Oversee mechanical and electrical integration of sensors and communication links with Design Offices
- Plan and execute comprehensive flight and ground test campaigns, including complex ALE, swarming, and MUM-T scenarios
- Define and drive TRL progression from lab to flight-representative environments (TRL 4 to 7)
- Coordinate with Flight Test Engineering, Airworthiness, Programs,



and Industrial teams to secure resources and alignment
- Drive operational agility in industrial processes to shorten modification lead times and solve bottlenecks
- Collaborate on regulatory pathways and risk management with Quality and Airworthiness teams

Responsabilidades

- Degree in Aeronautical or Aerospace Engineering (Master's highly valued)
- At least 5 years in aerospace, with 3+ years in UAS/ autonomous systems
- Hands-on experience with physical prototyping and rapid iteration
- Experience with ALE, multi-UAV swarming, or MUM-T is advantageous
- Deep knowledge of UAS architectures, ground control stations, and uncrewed flight operations
- Familiarity with BVLOS and autonomous mission planning
- Good knowledge of EASA UAS rules and SORA/SAIL methodologies
- Fluent Spanish and English; willingness to travel occasionally
