Talent Management Consultant | International Scope

We are looking for an experienced Talent Management Consultant to support a global Talent Management team within a complex, international organization.

This is a great opportunity for a consultant / freelance professional with strong expertise in Talent Management, HR Consulting or Organizational Development, who enjoys combining strategic thinking, analytical rigor and hands-on delivery.

• Talent Management frameworks, processes & programs

• Executive onboarding & leadership assessments

• Coaching & leadership development

• Global mobility

• Talent Management systems & data analytics

• Integral and cross-functional projects

• Executive-level presentations and recommendations

We are looking for someone who brings:

✔️ 5+ years of experience in Talent Management, HR, OD or HR consulting

✔️ Experience in a corporate HR / CoE or consulting environment





✔️ Exposure to global / multi-country and matrix organizations

✔️ Strong analytical and conceptual capabilities

✔️ Ability to translate complex data into clear insights and recommendations

✔️ Excellent English and strong executive communication skills

✔️ A highly structured, independent and delivery-oriented mindset
