About the Role
Serve as a first point of contact for members inquiries and provide timely and high quality support to amfori members, resolve issues, questions and help amfori members to access amfori products and services.
Our Membership Team plays a vital role in ensuring members receive excellent services and perceive amfori as a valuable organization. By fostering positive relationships and ensuring smooth communication, they contribute to member satisfaction and long-term engagement.
Your Responsibilities will include:
1st Level Support to amfori members
- Act as the primary point of contact for member inquiries, look for effective solutions
- Receive and respond to member inquiries, communicate with them clearly and in a professional, polite way
- Coordinate 2nd Level Support with other amfori teams, in close collaboration with all amfori teams
- Support amfori teams vis-à-vis the members when implementing new amfori products and services
Member On- and Offboarding
- Coordinate the on- and offboarding of members with relevant teams
- Update amfori databases and systems
Member Investigations
- Investigate, contact and communicate with members and relevant teams
- Manage cases end-to-end, including conclusions
Reporting and documentation
- Maintain and update standard responses and Membership Team Support Knowledge Base
- Preparing reports
- Contribute to process improvements
Your Profile:
Bachelor’s degree
Background or experiences in Customer Support or Services
2-3 years of previous professional experience in private sector or member association
Excellent communication and analytical skills
Truly team player
Ability to work independently
Proactive and solution oriented
Languages:
- English (must)
- German or French as second language
- Any other language is a plus
