? Job content

- Drive the roadmap for digital platforms, continuous improvements and new technology initiatives, including AI applications.
- Manage and optimize the integration between web, CMS, PIM, DAM, CRM and analytics platforms.
- Review code, oversee technical development and provide guidance on front-end development and integrations.
- Act as Product Owner for the online configurator and customer portal while supporting Product Owners across other platforms.
- Manage external development partners and software vendors, ensuring quality, performance and timely delivery.
- Build internal expertise within the team and reduce dependency on external partners.
- Collaborate with marketing teams and stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable digital solutions.
- Ensure user adoption through training, documentation and ongoing support.

? Profile





- Master's degree and minimum 7 years of experience in digital development, web development or marketing technology.
- Proven experience managing and developing digital platforms and ecosystems.
- Strong knowledge of CMS platforms, preferably Drupal, including configuration and custom development.
- Experience with platform integrations, code reviews and technical project leadership.
- Strong people management, stakeholder management and project management skills.
- Experience managing external development agencies and technology partners.
- Fluent in English.
