AI Program Manager

A leading logistics company is seeking an AI Program Manager to lead high-impact AI programs for their internal AI Transformation.

This role is responsible for owning the end-to-end delivery of complex AI transformation initiatives, from strategy and roadmap development through to deployment, adoption, and measurable business impact. You will work directly with senior stakeholders, turning executive priorities into practical AI solutions that drive growth and operational value.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead complex AI transformation program from concept to delivery
- Define AI strategies, business cases, and execution roadmaps
- Translate business challenges into scalable AI products and workflows
- Manage senior client relationships and stakeholder engagement
- Lead cross-functional teams of strategists, engineers, and AI specialists
- Scope, structure, and contribute to commercial proposals and growth opportunities




- Identify account expansion opportunities and help shape thought leadership
- Champion AI-first ways of working and mentor high-performing teams
