Client: European Commission

Gross Salary: 4100 euros gross/month

Freelance/B2B contract is also possible

Required Knowledge & Skills:

- Experience with large, enterprise-level, multi-user information systems.
- 4+ years of experience with Data Modelling.
- 4+ years of experience with UML.
- 4+ years of experience with Scrum / Agile.
- Strong knowledge of Agile tools: JIRA, Confluence, Figma, etc.
- Good knowledge of Application Management Lifecycle.
- Good understanding of IT Architecture, Web Services, APIs, and Data Exchanges.
- Good knowledge of BPMN.
- Strong understanding of business processes and IT solutions.

Mandatory Certification – one of:

- Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO).
- Professional Scrum Product Owner (PSPO).
- SAFe Product Owner or equivalent.

Advantages:

- Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP).
- ITIL certification above Foundation level.
- PRINCE2, PM²,



or equivalent Project Management certification.
- UML certification.

Key Responsibilities:

- Act as the final authority on priority, business value, and functionality within the Agile development team.
- Manage and supervise Business Analysts.
- Define and communicate project goals and objectives.
- Gather and validate requirements with business stakeholders.
- Propose IT and business process improvement solutions.
- Create, maintain, prioritize, and sequence the Product Backlog.
- Create User Stories and Acceptance Criteria/Tests.
- Participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, demos, and release planning.
- Review and validate product deliverables after each sprint.
- Organize product demonstrations for stakeholders.
- Facilitate business acceptance of the product.
