Experteer Overview

In this role you lead a Project Management team focused on grid code developments and also perform PM duties within the Customer area. You coordinate a cross-functional group across Global Engineering, Product Strategy, PM/EPC, and Service to drive DTR and MHO module development from concept to serial production.

You manage budgets, schedules, and quality while aligning with the company’s wind energy mission. The position offers visibility across functions and a chance to shape turbine development processes and safety standards.

- Provide technical guidance and leadership to the PM team
- Coordinate cross-functional project teams for DTR and MHO developments
- Manage multiple development projects with budget, timeline, and quality oversight
- Collaborate with Mechanical, Electrical, Software, and Turbine Integration Engineering to ensure feasibility




- Oversee development from concept to prototyping, testing, and certification
- Align project scopes and schedules with other PMs and report to VP
- Implement risk and stakeholder management
- Improve Nordex turbine development processes and ensure Health and Safety compliance

Responsabilidades

- Experience leading a team of Project Managers
- Relevant wind industry project management experience
- Strong stakeholder management and integral collaboration skills
- Excellent planning skills and ability to work with ERP/PLM systems beneficial
- Fluent English
- Bachelor/Master in engineering or similar with PM certification preferred
- Spanish degree equivalency recognition for foreign qualifications (when applying)
