In this Insurance Transformation Lead role, you guide cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end transformations for claims, pricing, and underwriting. You will work with global, multi-disciplinary colleagues to scale insurance transformation programs across international engagements.
You contribute to a general initiative focused on transforming core insurance functions and participate in large-scale programs with worldwide reach. This is a chance to shape transformation at scale within a leading strategy and technology-enabled consulting firm.

Responsabilidades
- At least 8 years of professional experience, including ≥3 years in insurance technical excellence (pricing, claims, underwriting)
- Previous consulting experience preferred; experience in insurance-related firms valued
- Bachelor's degree required; Master's/MBA beneficial
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills to solve complex business challenges
- Proven ability to build relationships and manage stakeholders at different levels
- Fluency in English and Spanish
