Experteer Overview
As Senior AI Engineer within the Cybersecurity team, you will design, build, and scale ML and Generative AI solutions integrated into enterprise platforms and data infrastructures.

You’ll lead end-to-end AI lifecycle from experimentation to deployment and monitoring, while mentoring the AI Engineering team.

You will collaborate across platform, backend, data, product, and cybersecurity teams to modernize CSOC with AI-driven capabilities, ensuring governance and responsible AI practices.

This role offers impact-driven work at scale, shaping secure, data-informed operations.

• Design, develop, and deploy ML and Generative AI solutions from experimentation through production
• Build production-grade code and ensure integration with existing platforms and services
• Define requirements and architecture with cross-functional teams

• Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance

Responsabilidades
• 5+ years of AI/ML engineering with production-grade ML/Generative AI solutions
• Strong Python expertise with PyTorch or Tensor

• Design scalable AI architectures; develop API-driven services in AWS/Azure/GCP
• Solid MLOps knowledge (CI/CD, containerization, deployment, monitoring, lifecycle)
• Familiarity with vector databases, AI infrastructure tooling, and data governance/compliance (GDPR)
• Experience mentoring engineers and collaborating with global teams
• Experience in cybersecurity, security operations, threat detection, or incident response (highly desirable)
• Fluent English
