Experteer Overview
In this role you lead talent acquisition for Marriott’s Premium u0026amp; Select hotels across the EMEA region, driving recruitment strategy, executive-level hiring, and proactive talent pipelining.

You partner with regional and hotel leadership to align hiring with business goals, workforce planning, and succession.

You will manage a team of TA Managers, own purple banded Executive Committee recruitment, and collaborate with cross-functional partners to attract top talent and strengthen our employer brand.

• Develop and execute recruitment strategies for the Premium u0026 Select portfolio across assigned markets
• Lead intake discussions for Executive Committee and management roles and guide hiring decisions
• Own recruitment delivery for purple banded Executive Committee positions
• Lead and coach TA Managers for red and blue banded management recruitment
• Build proactive talent pipelines and support internal mobility and succession planning




• Partner with Employer Brand and Marketing to run talent attraction campaigns
• Provide market insights, analytics, and reporting on recruitment performance and pipeline health
• Ensure consistent recruitment delivery and stakeholder experience across the segment

Responsabilidades
• 5-7 years in HR or Talent Acquisition in EMEA (hospitality preferred)
• Extensive TA experience in hospitality, hotels or service-led industries
• Experience recruiting Executive Committee and management-level roles
• Experience leading recruiters or recruitment teams
• Experience operating across multiple countries or markets
• Experience building proactive talent pipelines and sourcing strategies
• Experience partnering with senior stakeholders in HR and operations
• Experience in recruitment operations, shared-service or hub models
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
