In this role, you support sales targets and provide technical assistance to clients, ensuring bids and responses are accurate and timely.

You’ll stay current on business applications, industry trends, and competitiveness, while acting as a bridge between Sales, Product, and Marketing to align offerings with market needs.

You enable smooth training for general sales teams and maintain high standards in bid responses and collateral.

This position offers the chance to influence how compensation solutions are positioned and sold at scale.

Responsabilidades
• Experience in Share Plan or similar industry
• Excellent communication skills
• Proven numeric, financial analysis, documentation and procedural skills
• Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Excel and Word
• Ability to quickly learn new technologies
• Commercial acumen with an innovative and proactive mindset
• Ability to prioritise and meet tight deadlines
