In this role you help clients transform HR processes using the next generation of Workday technology.

You work within Accenture’s Workday Practice to deliver cloud-based HCM solutions and drive transformations for large international clients.

You’ll partner with cross-functional teams, lead workshops, and contribute to innovative methods and assets.

This is an opportunity to shape Workday delivery through AI-enabled tools and a strong consulting mindset.

Responsabilidades
• Experience implementing Workday HCM or relevant on-premise or cloud platforms.
• Willingness to travel as required and manage teams and client interactions.

• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities; ability to articulate complex requirements.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
