In this Insurance Transformation Lead role, you guide cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end transformations for claims, pricing, and underwriting.

You will work with global, multi-disciplinary colleagues to scale insurance transformation programs across international engagements.

You contribute to a global initiative focused on transforming core insurance functions and participate in large-scale programs with worldwide reach.

Responsabilidades
• At least 8 years of professional experience, including ≥3 years in insurance technical excellence (pricing, claims, underwriting)
• Previous consulting experience preferred; experience in insurance-related firms valued
• Bachelor's degree required; Master's/MBA beneficial
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills to solve complex business challenges
• Proven ability to build relationships and manage stakeholders at different levels
• Fluency in English and Spanish
