Experteer Overview
As Team Lead Corporate Services, you will serve as the main IT interface for your domain, translating business priorities into structured IT demand and owning the domain roadmap.

You’ll align IT strategy, architecture, budget, and delivery with business needs while ensuring governance and compliance.

You’ll drive process improvements through standardization and automation and, where applicable, lead a small team to foster ownership and continuous improvement.

This role supports Harting’s digital future and global IT landscape with cross-functional collaboration and impact.

Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Serve as the primary IT interface for the domain and translate business priorities into IT demand
• Own and maintain the domain IT roadmap aligned with business priorities, strategy, architecture, budget and delivery capacity
• Prepare prioritization proposals and roadmap updates for domain initiatives
• Ensure transparency on value, urgency, risks, dependencies, costs and resources
• Coordinate demand with other domains, SAP Technology, Shared Technology Services and Enterprise Architecture
• Identify opportunities for technology-driven business improvement through standardization, automation and process optimization
• Ensure initiatives comply with IT governance, security, data governance and compliance standards




• Provide domain-level steering with Project Managers, Solution Architects and delivery teams
• Ensure clear, prioritized demand reaches technical teams while execution remains with technology functions
• Escalate conflicts to governance bodies when necessary
• If applicable, lead assigned team members and foster ownership and continuous improvement

Responsabilidades
• University degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Engineering or a comparable discipline
• Long-standing IT experience in digital transformation, business relationship management, product ownership or portfolio management
• Strong understanding of business processes and IT-enabled capabilities in the assigned domain
• Experience in stakeholder management at business and IT leadership levels
• Experience in demand management, roadmap planning, portfolio prioritization or IT governance
• Good understanding of enterprise architecture principles, application landscapes and IT delivery models
• Experience working in complex, international and matrix-oriented organizations
• Fluent English skills
