As Finance Process Excellence Manager, you design and standardize core finance processes across O2C, I2P, R2R, and Master Data Management to enable automation and transformation.
You lead a small, high-performing team and drive efficiency, governance, and KPI reporting.
You will identify bottlenecks, build improvement roadmaps, and prepare processes for future automation with RPA and AI.
This role supports Glovo’s finance transformation and scalable operations across multiple markets.
You’ll work to deliver high-quality, repeatable processes that enable fast, reliable transactions and data governance.
Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Establish process standards, best practices and governance across the finance organization
• Identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies and develop improvement roadmaps aligned with the Finance Transformation strategy
• Build and lead a high-performing team culture (5-7 direct reports)
• Oversee master data management strategy (customers, vendors, COA, etc.)
• Drive continuous improvement and measure KPIs (touchless ratio, cost, quality, headcount impact)
• Prepare processes for future automation by identifying RPA and AI opportunities and documenting processes for automation
Responsabilidades
• 5-7 years of experience in finance process management, operational improvement, or business transformation
• Direct management experience with 3+ team members
• Hands-on redesign/optimization of P2P, R2R, O2C or similar finance processes
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Microsoft)
• Experience with process intelligence tools (Celonis) and process automation tools
• Data governance experience
• Lean/Six Sigma or continuous improvement background
• Ability to think systemically about process design and to operate under ambiguity
