Experteer Overview
In this role, you lead security programs within Auctane's Information Security Group, reporting to the CISO.
You will define and evolve cybersecurity practices for our integral infrastructure, focusing on Enterprise and Cloud security and security operations.
You’ll partner with engineering to embed security by design, drive detection and response capabilities, and protect critical platforms across AWS and GCP.
This is a hands-on leadership role shaping security at scale in a fast-paced Ru0026amp;D environment.

• Review and enrich security playbooks and pursue automation opportunities in detection and response

• Provide technical security expertise during incidents using leading tools and ongoing training

• Conduct security reviews, vulnerability risk assessments, and audits using Wiz and Crowd

• Promote Security by Design across Engineering and the wider business
• Participate in the security incident process including post-mortem analysis and preventive actions
• Engage in security training, learning, and automation initiatives
Responsabilidades
• Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, IT, CS or related field
• 7+ years in cybersecurity with 3–5 years leading large-scale implementations
• Experience defining and leading multiple cybersecurity programs for large organizations
• Advanced experience in one or two security domains within Enterprise and Cloud infrastructures
• Proven ability to lead projects, define roadmaps, and communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Experience leading engineers and analysts and collaborating with external teams
• Ability to balance high quality delivery with tight timelines
• Relevant certifications (CISSP, CISM, CRISC, AWS Security, GCP Security)
