Experteer Overview
You will lead deployment projects in Amazon Logistics, driving innovation and standardization within the MEU field engineering team.

You will own programs from concept to handover, coordinating cross-functional stakeholders and managing constraints to deliver automated and MHE-focused solutions.

The role combines technical leadership with strategic decision-making to expand and optimize the AMZL network.

This is a hands-on opportunity to shape large-scale engineering deployments that enable faster, safer deliveries at scale.

Compensaciones / Ventajas
• Manage highly complex deployment projects for engineering solutions in MEU AMZL delivery stations
• Own a program or portfolio related to launches or retrofits of Automation, MHE or building improvements




• Lead full project/program lifecycle from concept and budgeting to handover
• Handle project phases independently with resource, capex, and timeline constraints
• Interact with senior management to provide trade-off solutions
• Identify process inefficiencies and lead improvements across country or European level

Responsabilidades
• Bachelor's degree
• Experience in planning, scheduling and auditing maintenance activities
• Experience with CMMS software
• Experience with Material Handling Equipment (MHE)
• Travel up to 30-50% as required
