In this role you lead the AI-driven transformation of Global Engineering to turn product development complexity into competitive advantage.

You will translate AI into tangible impact across Mechanical, Blade, Electrical, Control u0026amp; SCADA Engineering and cross-functional units, embedding AI into end-to-end processes.

You drive scalable, industrialized AI solutions aligned with Nordex priorities, moving beyond pilots toward measurable outcomes.

You will shape governance, execution, and change management to enable data-driven decision making and cross-functional collaboration.

Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Lead end-to-end Engineering AI transformation across multiple competence centers and cross-functional units
• Identify, prioritize and manage high-impact AI use cases
• Define governance, decision-making, and prioritization frameworks
• Ensure AI initiatives deliver measurable impact in product development, software quality, and planning efficiency




• Drive adoption of AI-enabled processes across Global Engineering sites and senior stakeholders
• Lead delivery from concept to deployment and embed solutions into operational workflows
• Coordinate with IT and external partners to ensure alignment and integration
• Build and lead a cross-functional transformation team and define long-term workforce plan

Responsabilidades
• 5+ years in Engineering/Ru0026D environments
• Experience in large-scale transformation programs with measurable impact
• Strong understanding of AI/GenAI applications in operations, automation, data management and systems integration
• Ability to translate AI capabilities into real business value
• Advanced English (C1+); Spanish/German a plus
• Strong leadership and communication skills; experience with change management
• Ability to operate across corporate, regional and plant-level organizations
• Execution-focused, pragmatic, resilient
