As a Site Engagement Liaison, you will foster strong relationships with clinical trial sites and drive engagement to support study conduct.

You will work across internal teams to tailor engagement strategies, monitor site performance, and help ensure regulatory compliance.

This role blends relationship-building with operational oversight to advance ICON’s clinical development mission. A meaningful hook is contributing to innovative treatments by optimizing site collaboration and performance.

Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Build and maintain relationships with key site stakeholders (PIs, site coordinators, research staff)
• Provide guidance on study protocols, procedures, and regulatory requirements to site staff
• Identify opportunities to improve site engagement and optimize performance through regular communication
• Collaborate with internal teams to implement site engagement strategies per study/site needs




• Monitor site performance metrics and report engagement outcomes to study teams

Responsabilidades
• Bachelor's degree in life sciences or related field
• Previous experience in clinical research, site management, or related field preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with diverse stakeholders
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities with multi-task prioritization
• Knowledge of ICH-GCP guidelines and regulatory requirements for clinical trials
• Willingness to travel approximately 60%
