Experteer Overview
As an End-to-End Principal Architect, you will lead the full design and delivery of Blue Yonder’s WMS and related Cognitive Execution solutions.

You will partner with stakeholders to shape the overall solution footprint and drive multi-release implementations.

You act as a single point of contact for client business leads, ensuring alignment with business objectives and technical requirements.

This role offers impact across architecture, delivery, and mentoring, with exposure to cutting-edge AI and ML-enabled approaches.

• Serve as the primary client liaison throughout the project lifecycle
• Develop and manage project timelines and budgets
• Lead solution teams to ensure deliverables meet client expectations
• Lead integration of core product to develop solutions using Platform
• Identify and manage project risks and issues
• Act as internal consultant to Blue Yonder teams
• Design and implement end-to-end solutions based on client requirements
• Provide functional and technical guidance and mentorship to juniors
• Continuously evaluate and improve solution processes using latest technologies (e.g., Agentic AI, ML)




• Collaborate with clients, PMs, delivery partners to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery
• Ensure solutions align with client business objectives and technical requirements

Responsabilidades
• 15+ years of experience in solution architecture and consulting
• Expertise in Blue Yonder microservice-based Warehouse Management solutions
• Experience designing and implementing at least one other Execution solution (Warehouse Labour Management, Transportation Management, Order/Returns Management)
• Proven experience leading and managing solution projects
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills with senior stakeholders
• Strategic thinking and complex problem-solving abilities
• Strong technical skills in cloud infrastructure, software development, data engineering, or data analytics
• Experience with project management tools and methodologies
• Agile experience and SDLC understanding
• Experience in supply chain, logistics, retail, and manufacturing preferred
