As a Partner in ERM's Sustainable Product u0026amp; Supply Chain team in Southern Europe, you lead growth in crop protection and agricultural chemicals, translating complex regulations into strategic client solutions.

You will drive business development, manage key accounts, and shape proposals while collaborating with cross-functional experts.

You’ll leverage ERM’s global network to deliver integrated, high-impact outcomes for clients across industries.

This role combines leadership, client-facing strategy, and equity-enabled partnership at a global firm.

Responsabilidades
• Deep understanding of the regulatory landscape for crop protection and chemical products (EU/GB REACH)
• Commercial leadership with strong business development and account management experience
• Ability to translate regulatory requirements into strategic client-focused solutions
• Experience in proposal development and winning projects
• Track record of leading multidisciplinary teams and delivering high-quality outcomes
• Familiarity with international regulatory frameworks (e.g., TSCA, FIFRA, OSHA, UN GHS) is advantageous
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills
