As Product Owner for ST Power Iberia, you define and own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for operational and trading systems.

You collaborate with traders, analysts, and IT to translate business needs into scalable solutions and prioritize the backlog to maximise value.

You drive adoption, continuous improvement, and digital innovation to support market access, dispatch, and reporting.

You will operate in a fast-paced, high-ambiguity environment, shaping the systems that power energy trading and optimization at scale.

Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Define and own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for ST Power Iberia systems aligned with business goals and regulatory requirements
• Serve as main interface between traders, analysts, operations, IT delivery, and external partners to prioritise needs
• Own and prioritise product backlogs, balancing business value, risk, and delivery capacity
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, automation, and decision-making through product evolution
• Translate business needs into functional requirements and work with IT to design and implement scalable solutions
• Maintain end-to-end understanding of processes, data flows, and system interactions across the value chain
• Act as business owner through product development lifecycle,



ensuring solution design and production readiness
• Drive continuous evolution of systems to support changing market conditions and growth
• Promote user adoption and translate operational feedback into backlog priorities
• Contribute to cross-system automation and scalability across ST Power Europe
• Evaluate external technologies and support RFQ processes led by IT to evolve local products

Responsabilidades
• Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Energy Management or a related discipline
• 7-10 years of professional experience in product management, business analysis, digital transformation or IT delivery in energy/trading environments
• Proven experience as Product Owner, Product Manager or Business Analyst with backlog and stakeholder management
• Ability to translate business challenges into scalable digital solutions balancing value, operations, and technical constraints
• Solid understanding of system architecture, integrations, data flows, and software delivery
• Experience across full product lifecycle in fast-paced environments with multiple priorities
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Fluent in Spanish and English; French is a plus
