Experteer Overview
In this role, you contribute to masterplanning and urban design projects that shape long-term urban development.

You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to integrate social, economic, and environmental goals, delivering sustainable and innovative planning solutions.

You’ll work across conceptual planning, feasibility, and planning instruments to support community-focused outcomes.

This position offers exposure to high-impact urban projects within a global, values-driven firm.

Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Participate in urban planning projects and conceptual development of development proposals
• Draft and process planning instruments and urbanization projects
• Conduct urban feasibility analyses
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including architects, engineers, environmentalists, sociologists, economists and lawyers




• Engage in ongoing training to deepen understanding of urban complexity

Responsabilidades
• 3–5 years of experience in urban design or related functions
• Proficiency with CAD and ArcGIS
• Knowledge of Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop
• High level of English (C1)
• Interest in sustainability and innovation, and ability to work on multidisciplinary projects
• Strong organizational skills
