Pharmsure International and Pharmsure Veterinary Products Europe comprise a group of niche pharmaceutical companies specialised in the development, marketing and distribution of poultry vaccines and medicines across all of Europe.
The Logistics Administrator is responsible for the day-to-day coordination and control of Pharmsure's inventory and international logistics operations, ensuring that vaccines are stocked and delivered efficiently and on time to distributors.
Reporting to the Supply Chain Manager, the position acts as a link between the company, its warehouse, suppliers, transport providers and distributors, ensuring accurate stock information, smooth shipment coordination and complete logistics documentation.
Key Responsibilities
Stock Management:




- Monitor product availability and maintain accurate records of stock held at the warehouse.
- Regularly reconcile warehouse stock against company records and investigate discrepancies.
- Identify potential shortages or stock issues at warehouse and communicate them proactively.

Transport & Distribution Coordination:
- Obtain and compare transport quotations.
- Liaise with the warehouse and transport providers when required, to coordinate the preparation and dispatch of orders to distributors.
- Ensure that the correct quantities are prepared for each shipment.
- Coordinate delivery schedules and specific requirements with distributors.
- Proactively identify potential delays and transport issues and ensure appropriate follow-up until resolution or escalate if required.
- Maintain an overview of pending, dispatched and delivered orders.

Logistics Documentation:
- Support documentation for international shipments and customs processes where applicable.
