As our next Senior Consultant , you will contribute to solving meaningful challenges across the life sciences industry. About the role
We are looking for highly motivated and ambitious Senior Consultant who can contribute across a broad spectrum of projects - including implementation, optimization, and ongoing consulting for the commercial area (SFE,CRM). The role is open to candidates with either a technical background or a business consulting mindset, as long as you bring curiosity, structure, and a collaborative spirit.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams, helping clients translate business goals into scalable, system-supported solutions.
Your responsibilities include:
- Lead workstreams or small teams on client projects,



ensuring high-quality delivery and stakeholder alignment.
- Conduct process assessments and define future-state operating models across commercial functions.
- Translate business needs into system requirements and support end-to-end implementation of platforms.
- Facilitate workshops, gather requirements, and manage documentation (e.G., project plans, RAID logs).
- Support IT and commercial strategy definition, including CRM optimization and system integration.
- Drive change management activities, including training design, stakeholder engagement, and adoption planning.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, bringing structure, insight, and industry best practices.
- Engage in Sales processes by taking part in RfP responses and delivering presentations.

You bring:
- 5+ years of experience ideally in project-based roles within consulting or the life sciences sector implementing solutions for the commercial area.
