What you'll be doing
Coordinate Mystery Shopping fieldwork activities across multiple markets.
Manage relationships with external suppliers, fieldwork partners, and internal stakeholders.
Monitor project progress, quality standards, timelines, and deliverables.
Support end-to-end project delivery,



from planning through to final reporting.
Participate in client meetings, provide project updates, and help resolve operational challenges.
Investigate and manage project issues, ensuring they are documented and resolved effectively.
Track project schedules, documentation, and operational costs.
Identify opportunities to improve processes, efficiency, and client outcomes.
The skills and experience we're looking for
Fluent Spanish and English, both written and spoken.
Previous experience in market research, project coordination, fieldwork operations, or a similar client-focused role.
Strong organisation and planning skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Confident communicator who can work effectively with clients, suppliers, and colleagues.
Proactive mindset with strong problem-solving skills and a sense of ownership.
