In this Analytics Engineer role, you’ll turn financial and operational data into actionable insights that drive smarter decisions across Finance, adoption, and GTM. You’ll work closely with senior analysts and business partners, building models, analyses, and automated data products. You’ll apply SQL, Python, and statistical thinking to deliver robust data solutions, data quality, and governance. This role sits near the business to raise the analytical bar and advance from descriptive to predictive analytics. You’ll be part of the mission to scale AI-enabled decision making across the company.

Compensaciones / Ventajas
• Partner with Finance and GTM to translate business questions into analyses and recommendations
• Create narratives and visuals to communicate complex data to non-technical stakeholders
• Build and maintain data and financial models, forecasting logic, and scenario analyses




• Develop KPIs and performance metrics and apply predictive modeling to identify trends, risks, and opportunities
• Develop scalable, automated dashboards and data products to enable self-service analytics
• Write clean, version-controlled SQL and Python code and contribute to data quality and governance
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to embed data-driven thinking in core processes

Responsabilidades
• 2-4 years in analytics engineering, data analytics, BI development, or similar
• Strong SQL skills with large, complex datasets
• Hands-on Python for data analysis, automation, and modeling
• Foundations in data/financial modeling, forecasting, and scenario planning
• Knowledge of statistical methods and rigorous analytical approach
• Familiarity with software engineering practices (version control, testing, documentation) and BI/data visualization xqbhyrx tools
