In this role you will lead transparency reporting across the EMEA region, ensuring accurate and timely disclosures while partnering with cross-functional teams. You will shape governance, data management, and analytics to support compliant reporting. You will drive process improvements and deliver scalable digital solutions, enabling data-driven insights and operational efficiency. This position offers impact across regulatory reporting, technology enablement, and stakeholder collaboration within a mission-driven healthcare company.

Compensaciones / Ventajas
• Lead and coordinate transparency reporting activities across assigned EMEA markets to ensure accurate, complete, and timely external disclosures
• Support preparation, validation, reconciliation, and submission of transparency disclosures per regional/local requirements
• Develop and maintain reporting methodologies, control frameworks, risk assessments, and audit readiness activities




• Monitor emerging transparency regulations and translate changes into reporting requirements
• Collaborate with HCC, Legal, Finance, and regional stakeholders to align on reporting requirements and risk mitigation
• Drive continuous improvement and implement process, system, and reporting enhancements
• Partner with technology teams to translate requirements into scalable digital/automated solutions
• Lead testing, change management, and deployment of reporting capabilities
• Develop analytics and visualization to identify risks, trends, and improvement opportunities
• Create and maintain process documentation, training materials, and knowledge repositories
• Deliver stakeholder-focused training on reporting requirements and tools
• Participate in other duties as assigned by HCC Risk Management Solutions management
