About the job
Based at Mandarin Oriental Punta Negra, Mallorca,astheReceptionist, you willbe responsible forensuring a flawless check-in/check-out process.

AsReceptionist, you willberesponsibleforthe following duties:

- Ensure smooth and efficient guest arrivals and departures.
- Provide attentive service and address guest needs throughout their stay.
- Handle reception-related paperwork, booking systems, and guest records.
- Perform othertasks asassigned by the Front Office Manager.
- Answer calls and emails, provideinformationandassistingwith guest requests.
- Communicate with housekeeping, maintenance, and concierge to ensure gue
