In this role you will lead the Production Control team within the A400M MRO and Retrofit Program, driving on-time delivery and cost-quality targets. You will collaborate with cross-functional TOAR teams across Getafe, Sevilla, Manching and Wunstorf to optimize logistics and material flow. You will implement continuous improvement to reduce waste and non-quality costs and translate strategy into actionable operations. This position offers the chance to shape production controls in a multinational aerospace setting, contributing to program success.

Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Ensure material availability to meet production plans by coordinating work orders, parts and materials
• Monitor production progress and optimize logistics flows for component supply
• Lead and develop the Production Control team, aligning activities with Airbus strategy
• Drive continuous improvement to eliminate waste and reduce cost of non-quality




• Oversee organization and integration of diverse service activities within the plant
• Foster cross-functional collaboration with Operations, Programs, Procurement and Customer Services across sites

Responsabilidades
• Degree in Engineering (Aeronautical, Industrial, or related)
• Experience in an industrial environment
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, high flexibility, proactive mindset, and ability to work in cross-functional teams
• Advanced English and Spanish xqbhyrx (written and spoken)
• Knowledge of production control management, supply chain/logistics flow optimization, and resource allocation strategies
• Nice to have: leadership or team management experience in aerospace, MRO, or manufacturing environments
