In this role you will lead the DOA framework and act as the primary interface with Airworthiness Authorities to ensure compliant design organisation approvals. You will own DOA processes, supervise supplier qualification, and drive regulatory updates across the design organisation. You will train teams through the DOA School and support cross‑functional DOA initiatives. The position sits at the core of maintaining airworthiness and environmental compliance for transnational programs, enabling safe and efficient product integrity.

Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Lead the establishment, update, and approval of DOA baselines, manuals, checklists and procedures
• Serve as primary liaison with Airworthiness Authorities for DOA matters and regulatory changes
• Own and deploy DOA-related Design Assurance System processes (airworthiness, environmental protection, operational suitability)




• Define DOA requirements for suppliers and coordinate program qualification with DOA Supplier Control Engineers
• Lead DOA training through the DOA School and cascade regulatory updates across the design organisation
• Drive cross‑departmental DOA initiatives and support related CoC domains on request

Responsabilidades
• Five or more years of engineering and airworthiness experience
• Master's Degree in Aeronautical Engineering (or equivalent)
• xqbhyrx Proven experience with DOA, Design Assurance Systems and interface with Aviation Authorities
• Advanced English with negotiation level proficiency
• Strong leadership and communication skills for trans-functional environments
