As Principal Consultant in our Technology consulting team, you will lead data and analytics engagements, shaping data solutions and end-to-end processes for clients. You’ll run workshops, capture requirements, and translate them into actionable data models and dashboards. You’ll collaborate with client IT teams, guide project delivery, and ensure solutions meet business needs and decision support. This role suits someone who loves solving complex data problems at scale and driving measurable outcomes.

• Lead project teams of analysts and consultants across data-focused tasks
• Develop project execution plans and oversee end-to-end delivery
• Engage with clients to capture data, analysis and modelling requirements
• Identify and evaluate different business and model scenarios

Responsabilidades
• Strong analytic and numeracy skills with ability to present data in different representations
• Proficiency in programming/query languages such as DAX, Python, VBA and SQL
• Consulting and business analysis skills (e.g., MoSCoW)
• Experience in Agile delivery methodology
• Experience in data warehousing and xqbhyrx data modelling
• Proficiency in data visualization software (Power BI and Tableau)
• Strong understanding of BI and reporting architecture
• Knowledge of dimensions, measures, metadata, and schemas
• Degree in an analytic subject or Construction (Civil Engineering) — desirable
