In this role you will lead and develop a team of Renewal Sales Specialists focused on retention, renewal readiness, and customer lifecycle management. You will drive team performance, collaborate across Sales, Partner teams, and Business Development to maximize customer lifetime value, and identify opportunities for growth within existing accounts. You will work to ensure timely renewals, improve adoption and engagement, and shape renewal strategies in a global, cross-functional environment.

Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Lead and coach Renewal Sales Specialists to meet retention and renewal targets
• Set objectives, KPIs, and development plans with regular performance reviews
• Foster a high-performing culture through training and recognition
• Drive customer engagement strategies to improve adoption, retention, and renewals
• Manage upcoming renewal opportunities proactively and track progress




• Identify risks and growth opportunities within customer accounts
• Collaborate with Sales, Business Development, Vendor, and Partner teams to maximize CLV
• Monitor renewal pipelines, provide forecasting and performance reporting
• Promote adoption of Customer Lifecycle Services and best practices
• Attend meetings with customers, partners, and internal teams to strengthen relationships

Responsabilidades
• Experience leading customer success, renewals, account management, or retention teams
• Knowledge of customer adoption, engagement, expansion, and renewal best practices
• Proven ability to drive team performance and deliver measurable results
• Strong communication, coaching, and stakeholder management skills
• Experience managing pipelines, forecasting, and performance metrics
• Ability to motivate and lead teams in a fast-paced environment
