In this role you will support the successful delivery of large-scale data centre projects by coordinating documentation, processes, and stakeholder communications. You work closely with project managers, engineers, contractors, and suppliers to keep information accurate, quality standards, and activities on track. You’ll help establish governance, dashboards, and reports that provide visibility into progress and risk. This is a hands-on coordinating role within a multidisciplinary team focused on high-impact infrastructure delivery.

• Coordinate design, construction, and commissioning activities across project phases
• Administer project documentation and ensure accurate logging and distribution
• Track document reviews, approvals, and project correspondence
• Maintain quality records, procedures, and compliance documentation
• Coordinate meetings, agendas, minutes,



and action logs
• Monitor deliverables and support progress reporting
• Facilitate communication with contractors, consultants, and internal stakeholders
• Support implementation of project processes, templates, and governance
• Assist with risk registers, change requests, and project tracking tools
• Maintain project dashboards and reports for status and metrics

Responsabilidades
• BSc in Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent
• Experience in project coordination, administration, document control, construction, engineering, or related field
• Experience in construction, infrastructure, or engineering projects
• Strong organizational skills with multiple priorities and deadlines
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience xqbhyrx with document management systems such as Aconex, Procore, SharePoint or similar
• Excellent attention to detail and document management capabil
