In this role you help drive the verification, validation and simulation infrastructure for autonomous flight within a cross-divisional Airbus Helicopters project. You will lead IVu0026amp;V strategy, develop real-time simulation environments, and oversee SIL/HIL integrations to validate algorithms. You’ll partner with safety and airworthiness teams to build a robust safety case and leverage digital twins to capture project learnings. Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Define and streamline the IVu0026V strategy to meet autonomous flight requirements
• Lead development of advanced simulation environments for real-time models
• Oversee Software-in-the-Loop and Hardware-in-the-Loop test activities
• Contribute to ground-based and flight test plan definitions and evidence collection




• Support the safety case through high-fidelity simulation and hazard mitigation testing
• Analyze and capitalize on simulation and flight-test data for knowledge transfer
• Implement automated test pipelines to enable rapid, agile prototyping and testing

Responsabilidades
• 5+ years in systems engineering and Vu0026V environments related to autonomous flight or complex avionics
• Proficiency in requirements management with DOORS
• Strong experience in SIL/HIL xqbhyrx methodologies and system integration
• High proficiency in MATLAB/Simulink and Python for modeling and validation
• Knowledge of ARP-4754A/B, ARP-4761, DO-178C/DO-254
• Familiarity with UAS certification frameworks including SORA
• Fluent English (C1) and Spanish; travel availability
