In this leadership role, you will build and scale Anthropic's consulting and boutique partner network across Spain, Italy, and the MEA region to drive enterprise growth. You’ll own the strategic roadmap, prioritise investments, and oversee revenue outcomes from a portfolio of partnerships. You will design repeatable, industry-specific solutions with partners and ensure long-term value through strong customer success. This role combines business development, cross-functional collaboration, and regional market shaping to amplify Anthropic’s mission of safe, steerable AI.
Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Develop and execute structured partnership efforts with detailed account plans and stakeholder mapping
• Guide partners to create repeatable customer solutions across industries
• Own partner-sourced pipeline, influenced revenue, and partner training metrics
• Establish success criteria for joint accounts and drive implementation and adoption support
• Report on partnership health and commercial outcomes with data-driven insights
• Create market-specific GTM strategies and amplify the Anthropic brand through partners
• Navigate regulatory, compliance, and data sovereignty considerations
• Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, product, marketing, and regional teams
Responsabilidades
• 12+ years of enterprise technology partnerships experience, ideally in cloud, AI/ML, or platform businesses
• Fluent in English, Spanish and Italian
• Deep existing VP+ level relationships within target partners
• Data-driven mindset with xqbhyrx a track record of revenue growth via partnerships
• Proven ability to build partnerships from zero to scaled revenue engines
• Strong customer success and brand protection through partner channels
• Collaborative, cross-functional work style and competitive drive
