In this role you will lead the design and deployment of manufacturing and service test systems for robotic products, while advancing supplier quality across European operations. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure manufacturability and testability, drive NPI to production ramps, and lead continuous improvement initiatives that raise quality and efficiency. The position combines hands-on technical leadership with strategic supplier development and data-driven problem solving. This is a high-impact role at Omron’s European manufacturing footprint, offering scope to shape test architectures and robust quality practices.

Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Lead design, development, deployment and continuous improvement of manufacturing and service test systems for robotic/electromechanical products
• Define/manufacture test strategies, coverage, acceptance criteria, and validation methodologies




• Maintain and improve test specifications, SOPs, work instructions, and troubleshooting guides
• Collaborate with Design, Firmware, Electrical, and Manufacturing Engineering to ensure manufacturability/testability
• Support New Product Introduction including prototype, pilot, and production transfers
• Lead supplier quality initiatives: supplier assessments, process audits, corrective actions, qualification activities, continuous improvement
• Drive root cause investigations for production, field, supplier, and test-related failures with effective CAPAs
• Analyze manufacturing and supplier quality data to improve yields and process capability
• Establish and monitor KPIs: FPY, defect rates, test coverage, supplier PPM, cost of quality
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to manufacturing and supplier quality teams
• Partner with contract manufacturers to ensure readiness and quality compl
