As Run Manager, you ensure stable, efficient IT services for international partners, acting as the bridge between business needs and technical delivery. You manage incidents, demands, and security compliance while upholding high service levels. You work with cross-functional IT and Operations teams to drive reliability, visibility, and continuous improvement. This role offers integral exposure, a collaborative culture, and opportunities to shape IT operations in a multinational bank. You will be at the center of incident response, security governance, and partner communications.

Compensaciones / Beneficios
• Monitor and triage incidents, prioritizing resolutions and escalating to minimize business impact
• Lead root-cause analysis and deliver post-incident reports to prevent recurrence
• Coordinate with technical teams to manage evolution demands, budgets and requirements




• Act as primary contact for pricing parameter configurations and system updates
• Serve as the Security Champion, managing IT risks, vulnerabilities, and compliance standards
• Maintain transparent communication with partners through daily updates and monthly performance reports
