In this role you coordinate material support services to enable high fleet availability for major programs like A400M. You will act as the main interface for customers and subsidiaries, aligning cross-functional internal teams to ensure timely, cost-conscious, and quality-driven spares, repairs and related deliverables. You drive contract execution, monitor risk, and support financial performance. This is a hands-on, cross-disciplinary position in a global aerospace context with meaningful impact on mission readiness.

• Serve as the main focal point for customers and subsidiaries for all Material Support Services (spares, AGEs, repairs, and ISS deliverables) ensuring top-quality service
• Coordinate cross-functional alignment between Material Support and internal directorates (Programs, Legal, Finance, Engineering, Procurement, MRO)




• Drive contract execution to maximize A400M Fleet Availability by foreseeing material needs and efficiently resolving queries
• Manage contract financial performance through forecasting, budgeting support, and expenditure scheduling to mitigate deviations
• Monitor procedures, contracts, and end-to-end supply chain to proactively manage operational risks and issues
• Ensure all contractual deliverables (spares and repairs) are On-Time, On-Cost, and On-Quality

Responsabilidades
• 3–5 years of experience in Material Support, Customer Services, Program Management, or Supply Chain in aerospace or defense
• Education in Engineering, Supply Chain, or Business Administration or related discipline
• Advanced xqbhyrx English (C1/C2) and Spanish
• In-depth knowledge of Material Support operations, contract management, and budget tracking tools/methodologies
• Strong cross-functional coordination and problem-solving mindset
• Ability to adapt in a netwo
