We are looking for an experienced Quality Control Laboratory Team Leader to join industrial manufacturing company.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and develop the Quality Control Laboratory team.
- Approve or reject raw materials and finished products based on quality specifications.
- Support investigations and corrective actions for non-conforming batches.
- Monitor laboratory performance indicators and quality metrics.
- Review and maintain laboratory procedures, work instructions, and technical documentation.
- Coordinate calibration, verification, and maintenance activities for laboratory equipment.
- Manage Measurement System Analysis (MSA)



and laboratory statistical controls.
- Ensure compliance with quality, health, safety, and environmental standards.
- Support internal and external audits and maintain relevant certifications.
- Identify training needs and contribute to the development of laboratory staff.
- Manage laboratory consumables and participate in investment proposals for new equipment.
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement, safety, and operational excellence.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related scientific discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a Quality Control Laboratory environment.
- Previous team leadership or supervisory experience.
- Experience within the lubricants, petrochemical, chemical manufacturing, oil & gas, or related industrial sectors.
- Strong knowledge of laboratory quality systems, testing methods, and analytic
