Job PurposeThe Customer Lifecycle European Program Lead is responsible for driving the adoption, execution, and commercial success of Customer Lifecycle programs across TD SYNNEX Europe. Acting as the link between vendor strategy and local market execution, this role enables country teams, drives partner participation in vendor programs, and ensures measurable ROI for both vendors and partners. The position requires strong stakeholder management, commercial acumen, and the ability to influence cross-functional teams in a matrix environment.
Responsibilities




- Drive Customer Lifecycle program adoption across European countries.
- Enable and support country teams through training, tools, and best practices.
- Develop and maintain lifecycle messaging, sales plays, and enablement materials.
- Partner with local teams to identify, recruit, and onboard partners into vendor programs.
- Track partner sign-up and activation targets and remove adoption barriers.
- Build strong relationships with country teams, partners, and vendor stakeholders.
- Define and monitor ROI metrics, program performance, and business outcomes.
- Present results, insights, and recommendations to vendors and senior leadership.
- Ensure Customer Lifecycle initiatives are embedded into local sales and marketing plans.
