In this role you align HR strategy with global pharmacovigilance objectives to enable patient safety outcomes. You partner with senior PV leadership across regions to build teams, culture and capability at scale, while shaping HR practices that influence the wider organization. You drive workforce planning, performance, and change initiatives in a matrixed, multi-country environment.
