In this role, you will deliver employee lifecycle transactions and high-quality HR support through HR technology and data-driven processes. You will serve as a bridge between employees, managers, HR stakeholders, Payroll, and HR Technology, emphasizing data accuracy and service excellence. You will contribute to system optimization, testing, and continuous process improvement across the HR Service Center. Your work supports compliant, efficient HR operations and a positive employee experience, leveraging digital workflows to simplify processes and reduce manual effort.

Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Resolve inquiries via chat, case management, and service channels using established procedures and knowledge resources
• Process employee lifecycle transactions in Workday and other HR platforms (hiring, terminations, changes, compensation updates, absences, data maintenance)




• Maintain high data quality and accuracy in HR systems in line with procedures, audits, and data governance
• Identify system, process, and data quality improvements; support harmonization, automation, and continuous improvement
• Investigate and resolve transactional and system-related issues; escalate complex cases to HR Technology or external vendors as needed
• Leverage HR systems and reporting tools to support operational excellence, troubleshoot impacts on payroll, compliance, and employee experience
• Participate in HR projects, testing (UAT), and process transformation to support digitalization and efficiency
• Support internal/external audits and ensure HR processes comply with privacy, legal, and data protection requirements

Responsabilidades
• Experience in HR Operations, employee lifecycle administration, or HR service delivery (minimum 2 xqbhyrx years)
• Hands-on experience with HR technology platforms, especially Workda
