In this role you will support recruitment across several European subsidiaries as part of Klépierre’s Talent Acquisition Hub pilot. You will harmonize recruitment practices, develop TA tools and processes, and help shape a pan-European HR service model from Madrid. You’ll partner with local HR teams, design job descriptions, oversee sourcing and screening, and drive a seamless candidate experience. This is a unique cross‑border opportunity to contribute to a scalable, data‑driven TA framework.
Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Gather and qualify recruitment needs with business context, responsibilities, skills, budget and timelines
• Draft and formalize job descriptions in line with Group standards
• Advise on candidate profiles and sourcing strategies
• Write and publish job advertisements aligned with employer brand
• Manage job postings across channels and proactively source candidates
• Conduct initial screening and lead pre-screening interviews
• Coordinate psychometric assessments and share results
• Maintain recruitment records in Oracle HRIS
• Ensure a smooth candidate experience across countries and coordinate interview scheduling
• Prepare onboarding journeys and update HR/budget data in systems
• Monitor onboarding process and handover information to local HR teams
• Support development of TA framework, interview guides, assessment tools, and best practices
• Document and improve recruitment processes, including automation and AI-driven solutions
• Define and monitor TA KPIs and produce actionable analyses
Responsabilidades
• Master in xqbhyrx Human Resources or related field (preferred)
• Significant experience in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition or Executive Search/Recruitment Consulting
