As Account Manager Iberia you will manage and grow a customer portfolio within one region, aligning sales KPIs with regional targets and global pricing. You will work closely with the local sales leadership to identify opportunities, optimize profitability, and drive product launches. You will coordinate a virtual account team to strengthen customer relationships and ensure end-to-end processes from order to cash. You will also gather market and competitor insights to inform strategy and maintain a customer-first, collaborative culture.
Compensaciones / Beneficios
• Identify new business opportunities and develop market in collaboration with country/regional Sales Manager
• Define and implement action plans for existing and prospective key accounts and set local targets
• Optimize portfolio profitability and manage contract negotiations
• Lead product launches with cross-functional support
• Collect and relay customer and competitor information within DNP
• Coordinate resolution of customer complaints and track performance by customer and product
• Ensure use of DNP commercial tools (CRM) and compliant procedures
Responsabilidades
• Knowledge of industry and markets in animal nutrition and health
• Experience in commercial roles with balance of technical and commercial know-how
• Excellent communication and social skills; negotiation abilities
• Fluent English; local xqbhyrx Iberian language
• University degree or equivalent experience in science/technology or business (implied)
