As Finance Business Partner for Europe, you will provide strategic financial support and challenge to regional functions. You will lead budgeting, forecasting and cost planning, translating data into actionable insights for stakeholders. You will build robust financial models and drive cost-saving initiatives while strengthening controls. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve performance and enable better decision-making, in a role that shapes European finance partnering.

• Partner with functional leaders and Finance colleagues to provide financial insight and practical recommendations
• Lead budgeting, forecasting and reforecasting for European functional costs
• Analyze financial performance, variances and cost drivers to identify risks and opportunities
• Turn complex data into concise reporting and actionable business insight
• Support cost-saving initiatives,
expense management, process improvements and stronger financial controls
• Build and maintain financial models, analytical tools and reporting solutions
• Share best practices across Finance and provide high-quality support to the business
• Present findings and recommendations to both financial and non-financial stakeholders
Responsabilidades
• Recognised finance, accounting or business qualification (ACA/ACCA/CIMA or equivalent) or relevant degree/postgraduate in Finance, Accounting, Economics or Business Administration
• Strong track record in FPu0026A, financial control, commercial finance, strategy, planning or analysis
• Experience budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis and performance management
• Ability to analyse large datasets and xqbhyrx translate into practical recommendations
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills; experience with financial planning, reporting or analytical tools
