We are looking for an experienced Senior Program Manager to lead Workplace & Collaboration initiatives, driving digital workplace transformation and delivering strategic technology programs across a integral organization.Location: Barcelona, Spain (Hybrid, 2-3 days onsite per week)Key ResponsibilitiesLead the end-to-end delivery of Workplace & Collaboration programs and initiatives.Drive digital workplace transformation, including cloud adoption, service modernization, and collaboration platform improvements.Manage program governance, planning, budgets, resources, risks, dependencies, and timelines.Engage and influence stakeholders at all levels to ensure alignment and successful outcomes.Coordinate cross-functional and international teams in a matrix environment.Monitor program performance, benefits realization, financials, and delivery quality.Manage vendor relationships and support procurement activities where required.Ensure smooth transition of solutions into operations and long-term value realization.Maintain clear documentation, reporting,
